[MUSIC PLAYING] - There's a reciprocal relationship when you're exchanging energy as currency and when you are actually in giving mode and when you are empowering, especially communities and loved ones and folks you believe in. That almost feels better than moments where we're empowering ourselves. And when we see that spark light up in someone else, we actually are reminded of what's possible in our own lives. Telling my story changed my life. I didn't know actually that I had a specific point of view as it related to movement and athletics and running until I started sharing my story simply as a scrapbook. I just created an online blog as a scrapbook for my own marathon training. And people started responding to it. And I thought, oh, maybe I actually have something to say. And there is real synchronicity there when you kind of find your people. You're willing to share, and they're willing to listen. I'm motivated every day at Peloton. I'm grateful that I get to do what I do. It actually is a privilege to be in people's homes and see those transformation stories every single day. And I'm not sure that folks who ride and run and train with me even know how inspired I am by their stories because I'm usually the one responsible for the inspiration. But it is definitely cyclical and reciprocal. It's amazing to be able to put together in one body of work hundreds if not thousands of questions I've received over the years. So here it is. It's in one package. And hopefully, I've answered your questions. The first thing you should do after finishing this class is tell someone about it. Tell someone about your dream. Tell someone about your plan. Tell someone about your story because the more we share from a deep place, the more it becomes OK to both be vulnerable and strong. And I don't think it's a binary conversation. I think it can be both. I would like you to go forth, set fires, illuminate your community, and get curious about what's next. [MUSIC PLAYING]
