What Are Erogenous Zones?
Erogenous zones are parts of the body that can trigger or deepen sexual arousal with stimulation. Some of the hot spots for sexual response include the penis, the inner thighs and butt, the perineum, and the nipples. The right level of stimulation on other areas of the body, like the earlobes, armpits, and nape of the neck, can also be a turn-on.
5 Erogenous Zones for Penis Owners
Erogenous zones can be located anywhere on the body, but these five spots are especially sensitive, and they generally arouse penis owners.
- 1. Penis: During sexual arousal, blood flow to the penis increases, causing it to become erect. The penis consists of the shaft, glans penis, and frenulum. The glans penis, which is the head of the penis, has the most nerve endings and is typically the most sensitive spot. Some penis owners enjoy having the foreskin of the penis pulled down to the base of the penis before stimulation of the shaft and glans penis. You can also stimulate the frenulum, which is the skin between the glans penis and the shift, by circling it with your thumb or pinching it.
- 2. Nipples: Nipples are made of the same type of erectile tissue as the penis, so they can harden as a sexual response. Try licking and nibbling your partner's nipples—which can double as foreplay before performing a blow job—to simulate the nipples’ nerve endings. You can also engage in nipple play with gentle tickling, caressing the nipples with a feather, or using clamps to increase blood flow.
- 3. Scrotum and testicles: The scrotum, which is the skin surrounding the testicles, is a pleasure point that stimulates the testicles simultaneously. Try pulling on the scrotum, and experiment with rubbing and gently scratching the taut skin, especially over the testicles.
- 4. Prostate gland: Also known as the P-spot, the prostate gland is an internal organ located between the penis and the bladder. You can stimulate the prostate gland from inside the rectum. Some people find it easy to locate the prostate with lube and a gloved finger, but you can also use a sex toy such as a dildo , butt plug, or prostate massager.
- 5. Perineum: The perineum, located between the base of the penis and the anus, hardens when the penis is erect. Try massaging the perineum with your fingers, or place your palm over the perineum and a vibrator over the hand.
