- I grew up around tattoos. My sister was a tattoo artist. I always wanted tattoos, so I got tattoos. And I love them, even though it was frowned upon by people. And I love fashion, so I went to fashion shows when I had time. And people were like, there's no way he's focused, if he's at these fashion shows. And I'd turn up, and I would do better than ever. Because it's really important to be able to step away, and thinking about your sole focus 24/7 is not healthy. Pursuing your goal, naturally, you want to give it 100%. But it's really important to try and find a balance. I remember when I was young, it was only everything for racing. And I wasn't able to do some of the other things that I really loved. I had a lot less time for those things. But as I got a bit older, I realized I need to find a nice balance and find other outlets. So whilst I'm fortunate my job is my hobby, I love finding other things and challenging myself with other things that I'm not great at. I'm terrible at tennis, so I'm practicing. I'm not that great with the piano, but I'm learning. I've played the guitar since I was 13, but I'm nowhere near as good as I should be. So just finding other things, other creative outlets, I think, is really important to try and strike that balance, other things that make you happy. Music, for me, is probably the one go-to. So if I'm not training, if I'm not working, stopping by and playing my piano is my escape. Or whether it's listening to music or trying to write a song, or something like that, whatever it may be, I think it's really important for people to try and find a balance. And I don't think you have to do only one thing and one thing only, because there's so much more to you. It's great to be able to blow off steam and do something else that brings you joy and happiness, and something that's also challenging. And when you're learning something like, for example, like the piano, I'm learning, and now I can play a few songs. And it brings me so much joy to be able to put chords together and think I'm Lionel Richie for a second. I would encourage you to find the things that you love, if you can find time to fit them in, into your busy schedule, do it. If it's a dance class, or if it's music, or if it's cooking lessons, or whatever it may be, make time for you. Because that's the one that really feeds your soul. That would be my advice to myself, if I was young, if I could speak to my younger self, I would say, make time, more time for those other things that I also loved. Because they only make you better at doing what your main passion and main project is. There was just this basic list of things that a racing driver does. A racing driver doesn't have any other interests, but just racing. And this is how a racing driver dresses, how he speaks, how he behaves, just so many expectations. And I remember having to really, having to feel like I had to force myself to be that, initially, just to get i...
