[LOUD FOOTSTEPS] [INTERPOSING VOICES] [MUSIC BUILDING] [MUSIC PLAYING] JOE HOLDER: Life is chaotic. Life can sometimes be confusing. But the one thing that is there for you is you and your body. Your body is the most important thing that you have. You came in the world with it. And if you can really have a better understanding of that, I think that's a final frontier. I'm Joe Holder, Nike Master Trainer, writer for "GQ," and I've worked and coached with such celebrities like Naomi Campbell, Bella Hadid and Virgil Abloh, just to name a few. But not everyone looks like a celebrity. Everybody wants to get in shape for, it's just fine. You want to look good. But then, hold up, do I actually feel good? To begin, fitness is not the most important aspect of your health regimen. Everyone is built differently. But everyone can be healthy. And I want to show you how. What's important is consistency, balance, and a positive, yet pragmatic outlook coupled with hopefully a great self image you have of yourself. So I'm not going to hit you from a self-loathing perspective about things that are wrong with you to try to get you to engage in a fitness. That's not what I do. So my thing is a little bit more holistic. And it takes a longitudinal approach and really understands how things add up. It's not those cheap magazine covers that tell you four weeks to abs, six weeks to abs, eight weeks to a great butt. What is the point of that? That's not really what true health is. I just want you to understand the blessing that it is to have a body, especially if you're able-bodied, and to make it super simple and clean and easily assimilated into your daily lifestyle to engage in these various health app. But at the end of the day, the only thing I have to sell you on is having belief in yourself. I'm not trying to sell you products. I'm not trying to sell you a power. I'm not trying to sell you anything. You already have the MasterClass. Now which you just really need is information and turn it into knowledge. So you're going to be an active participant in your wellness practices. First, I'd like to say, actually, I have a 20 year-plus head start. I have parents that, luckily, I grew up in a very loving family. And they didn't come from much. But they really made sure that we were good. And my dad's a holistic integrative doctor. He's an MD. But he does all the stuff that, you know, people think is cool now, he was doing it. It was getting looked at like it was crazy. Integrative wellness practices, incorporating, you know, the spiritual, understanding who you are, making sure that we really understood also the empirical aspect of everything that we did, making us go to the library and write book reports, making us be involved in civics.
