Ain't no other, ain't, ain't, no other lover! I'm Christina Aguilera, and this is my MasterClass. (SINGING) Ain't no other, ain't, ain't no other lover can stand up next to you. There ain't no other man on the-- I'm not into somebody dictating exactly how you should be, how you should sing, what your art should be. That's all for you to understand about yourself in the journey of being a creator, being an artist. (SINGING) Oh, oh, oh. No other man, no other man can, can stand next. No other man, no other-- No. I don't know. It's a feeling. I actually wish that growing up, I had a class, and could see some courses being taught to me, or certain advice being given to me, as when I grew up, I didn't really have a lot of examples, or people to show me the way. I come from actually pretty much no singers in the background of my family. And so, I didn't really have anything to go on. And at a young age, I really had to be my own navigation system. Within this class, I want to impose upon you the fact that I don't believe in a rule book. I don't believe in a rule book for anything in life. I think that everything is based on your instinct and your gut. My job here is to give you different tools to work with, hopefully open your eyes to new possibilities within you. Even if it's a word, or a chapter, or a phrase, or a note, I hope that I can shed some light on what to look out for, what to be interested in, what to listen to, when to project, when to be silent. And how to be a sponge, so that you can take in everything and then use it to your advantage.
