Can People Change? How to Enact Change in 3 Steps

 You have to change the way you think in order to change the way you feel. Say it with me. You got to change the way you think in order to change the way you feel. And so by that, I mean I stopped thinking about how overwhelmed I am. I change how I say it. I don't have to do this. I get to do it. Think about that. Just change it. When you say like, oh, I have to get up. No, I get to get up. I get to go to work. I-- you know. There was a time I couldn't. I was quarantined for months. I was out of-- I was out of work for five, six months, couldn't work. And so I'm going to grumble. And I have to remind myself of that. Doesn't work all the time. But I would say 90% of the time when I just consciously say, Robin, change the way-- just stop thinking about it. So it's not anything other than saying that and realizing-- and you can do this too. Then you realize, why am I keeping these thoughts? It's like-- it's like on a wheel that keeps going around, around. So it's not so much what you say. It's not that. It's the fact that you are acknowledging, acknowledging, you have to change the way you think to change the way you feel. And I-- I can't wait for you to try it. It's good. It's good. And it works.

Individual life experiences and teachings can easily inspire positive change, but change can also be challenging.
