I'm crazy excited. I can't believe it. We are about to talk about how to access everything that's inside of you to create a song. So I've never exactly done anything like this before. Um, I really like doing things that I've never done before actually. It's my favorite thing to do 'cause there's no preconceived notions. You don't have an expectation for it. So I've never taught like this before. And I don't know if it's teaching or sharing. I feel like teaching is sharing. And I've always said that if I wasn't going to be an artist, I would be a teacher, 'cause I would be, like, the coolest junior high school teacher of all time. You know what I mean? [MUSIC PLAYING] We're going to go through all kinds of pieces-- song writing, lyrics. We're going to talk honestly about the process and how to find it, where to start. (SINGING) Even if you were a million miles away, I can still feel you in my bed. Tools like instruments to help you find your way to the emotion-- also going to bring you into the studio, talk production, sonic sounds, how to put everything together to really create that beautiful piece that you want to create. Because if I went , it wouldn't have felt the same. If I went , it wouldn't have felt the same either. It's . I'm even going to bring you into the booth with me so that we can talk arrangements and styles and choices, and how in the world do you access that beautiful space that's waiting for you right now?
