I often like to tell people that I don't care how old you are or what generation you're a part of-- baby boomers, Gen X, millennials, Gen Z. Collectively, we are all Gen T, the transition generation, which means that you need to prepare yourself to be in continual iteration mode. It's important for you to understand that the age of AI is actually the age of relationship, relationship to yourself. Can you overcome your resistance? Can you overcome your fear? Can you adapt for yourself and for others? The key to solving the most interesting problems in the world is going to be about how you work with others. That is also the part that is more future-proofed. Real AI mastery, real AI fluency, doesn't come from just prompting a new kind of software. It's a behavioral shift. This is how we are going to work alongside what feels like a new kind of digital companion. Every organization that is working on artificial intelligence can't work in a vacuum. It's not enough to learn a little bit about the technology. You have to think about how that technology impacts your organization, your industry, the world in which you operate. We all know that going forward, nobody's career will be static. Nobody is going to have the exact same job trajectory as might have existed in the past. Many people are asking, will AI take my job? That question is relevant if you don't plan on doing anything. Biologically, we are wired against change. New things are always scary. And the headlines are not helpful. The helpful question is, how can I leverage AI to do this job or another job or the next job better? In this class, I'm going to help you re-perceive your workflows in a world in which AI is both developing and developed enough so that you can already start using it. You are going to walk away from this course with a new way of thinking about AI. And trust me, that's the key-- how to make ourselves AI-proof in the workplace.
