Keeping a gratitude journal is a powerful tool that will aid in your manifestation journey, encouraging you to consider the value of what you already have and helping you to bring more positivity into your life.

For example, if your goals are to manifest love and move to New York, start journaling as your future self. Use present tense, as if you have already accomplished those things.
- 6. Use positive affirmations. Incorporating positive affirmations into your daily self-care practice may help improve self-esteem while helping you manifest your goals. For example, suppose you want to manifest a new job. In that case, a great affirmation may be: “I will get my dream job.” Some manifestation practitioners even use numerology to strengthen their practices, like the 369 manifestation method.
