Members who have a subscription for the On Call product can request a refund up to 7 days after purchasing.

If you are past this 7 day period, you may inquire about a refund by contacting support. Our team will reply back to you with a determination as soon as possible.

Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. Please review Section 2.7 of our Terms of Service for details.

If you do not wish to renew, turn off auto-renewal before your renewal date. See our Cancelling Your Subscription Renewal article for instructions.
