    Troubleshooting a Gift That Was Not Received

    Sometimes MasterClass gift emails may be filtered into spam or promotional folders. We recommend asking your recipient to search their inbox for emails from support@email.masterclass.com. If the gift was sent to a Gmail address, it may also appear in the Promotions tab.

    Review or Edit Your Gift
    1. Log into your account via the web at www.masterclass.com
    2. While logged into your account click the Profile button in the upper right corner
    3. Within the profile menu, click Manage Gifts
    4. From here you can edit your gift including the recipients email, the time/date you want the gift to be sent, or resend your gift.
