Troubleshooting a Gift that was Not Received
Sometimes our MasterClass Gifts get filtered into people's spam folder, so your recipient may be able to find your Gift email there by searching for support@email.masterclass.com. If you sent your gift to a Gmail address, our eGift email may be in their Promotions folder.
If your gift is still nowhere to be found, please confirm the recipient information by accessing your gift via the Gifts menu. You must be logged into your account in order to access the link.
From here you can review the details of your gift (like receiver's name and email), make edits and resend the activation email.
If you are still having trouble feel free to submit your questions to support@masterclass.com to expedite the resolution, please make sure to include the email address used to purchase the gift and the transaction ID number located on your receipt.
