Troubleshooting a Gift That Was Not Received
Sometimes MasterClass gift emails may be filtered into spam or promotional folders. We recommend asking your recipient to search their inbox for emails from support@email.masterclass.com. If the gift was sent to a Gmail address, it may also appear in the Promotions tab.
Review or Edit Your Gift
- Log into your account via the web at www.masterclass.com
- While logged into your account click the Profile button in the upper right corner
- Within the profile menu, click Manage Gifts
- From here you can edit your gift including the recipients email, the time/date you want the gift to be sent, or resend your gift.
