    Submitting Data Privacy Requests

    MasterClass provides tools for you to access, manage, or delete your personal data in compliance with global data privacy regulations. You can review our data policies at our Data Privacy Center.

    Before Submitting a Request
    Data deletion does not cancel your subscription.

    Deleting your data permanently erases your account, watch history, profiles, and all associated information. It does not stop future subscription renewals.

    đź—’ Use the email associated with your MasterClass account when submitting a request.

    MasterClass At Work
    If you are part of a MasterClass At Work program, your admin must initiate the request on your behalf. Please contact your program admin for assistance.

    How to Submit a Data Subject Request
    1. Go to www.privacy.masterclass.com.
    2. Click Make a Privacy Request.
    3. Select the option that fits your data request (access, deletion, correction, etc.).
    4. Enter the email address for the account you wish to manage, then click Send Email.
    5. Check your inbox and verify your identity using the link provided.
    6. After verification, your request will begin processing. You will also receive a confirmation email indicating the request has started.
    7. You can check the status of your request anytime by signing into the MasterClass Privacy Center.
    8. When your request is complete, you will receive a final confirmation email, including any requested data if applicable.
    Timelines
    Most data subject requests are processed within 30 days, though processing times may vary based on the complexity of the request and regulatory requirements. If additional time is needed, the Data Privacy Center will communicate this during the review process.

    If You Submitted a Deletion Request by Mistake
    If you believe you requested data deletion in error, please reach out to Customer Support as soon as possible.

    We cannot guarantee that a deletion request can be stopped once it begins. Completed deletions are permanent and irreversible, and all account data will be erased in accordance with global privacy regulations.
