    Initial Purchases
    If you initially purchased your membership within the last 30 days please contact the Member Support Team to see if you are eligible for a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

    Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. Please review section 3.3 of terms here.

    Gifts
    If your gift was purchased within the the last 30 days, and has not been redeemed, please reach out to the Member Support Team, and we would be happy to assist you.

    If the gift has already been redeemed then it is not eligible for a refund.
     
    For In-app Purchases:

      • If your purchase was made through the App Store, you can request a refund from Apple just as you would for any in-app purchase by reaching out to the Apple Care team here: 1-800-APL-CARE (800–275–2273) or check here for local numbers.
    🗒 Any purchases completed through Apple are subject to Apple's Terms of Service, and MasterClass will not be able to process any refunds or extensions for purchase processed by Apple per section 3.3 of our Terms of Service. Apple also provides more detailed information on their Help & Support website.
