Requesting a Refund
Initial Purchases
If you purchased your membership within the last 30 days, log into your account and chat with the Support Team to see if you are eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Once your refund has been approved, processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
🗒 If you’re asked to verify your request with a one-time passcode (OTP), follow the steps in our One-Time Passcode (OTP) for Email Support article. If your code expires before you can complete verification, you can request a new one at any time through the same process.
Renewals
Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. Please review Section 3.3 of our Terms of Service for details.
If you do not wish to renew, turn off auto-renewal before your renewal date. See our Cancelling Your Subscription Renewal article for instructions.

Gifts
If your gift was purchased within the last 30 days and has not been redeemed, please chat with the Support Team for assistance.
Redeemed gifts are not eligible for refunds.
For In-app Purchases:
If you purchased your membership through a third-party marketplace, that provider manages all refund requests in accordance with its own policies.

- Refunds and billing adjustments are subject to Google Play’s policies.
- Amazon
- Refunds follow Amazon's Return Policy
- To request a refund, go to Your Orders, and select Return for Refund next to your MasterClass order.
- Roku
- Purchases made through Roku are subject to Roku's Return Policy.
- You may request a refund by reaching out to Roku Support directly.
