Requesting a copy of your invoice or receipt
You can download a copy of your invoice or receipt for a MasterClass membership purchase or renewal right from your account:
- Log in to your MasterClass account
- Go to Settings
- Under Payment, find Payment History (Invoices/Receipts) and click View
- Locate the charge you need and click Download
Your Payment History shows the membership purchases, renewals, and upgrades tied to your account, so you can grab any receipt whenever you need it.
You can also find a copy in the confirmation email sent to the email address on your account at the time of purchase. Renewal receipts are included in the renewal confirmation emails sent at the start of each billing period.
