Requesting a copy of your invoice or receipt
You can download an invoice for your MasterClass membership charges yourself, anytime.
- Go to Settings > Payment History.
- Find the charge you need (purchase, renewal, or upgrade).
- Select View, then Download.
Your invoice downloads as a PDF you can use for reimbursement or records.
If you don't see a charge in your Payment History, contact us and we'll help.
You can also find a copy in the confirmation email sent to the email address on your account at the time of purchase. Renewal receipts are included in the renewal confirmation emails sent at the start of each billing period.
If you're having trouble accessing your Payment History or can't locate a specific receipt, contact MasterClass Support and we'll be glad to help.
