    Troubleshooting Payment Errors
    If you’re experiencing an issue during checkout, the steps below can help resolve the most common causes.

    Verify Your Payment Details
    Check the following to ensure your payment can be processed:
    • All billing information is entered correctly. Typos in card numbers, expiration dates, or ZIP codes are the most common cause of failed payments.
    • We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
    • If you are enrolling in the Certificates Program, payments must be made using a credit card.
    Refresh Your Checkout Session
    If your payment information is correct but the charge still will not go through:
    1. Go to www.masterclass.com.
    2. Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.
    3. Refresh the page.
    4. Log back into your MasterClass account.
    5. Attempt the purchase again.
    6. If you are using a VPN, try disabling it before checking out.
