    MasterClass is the streaming platform where you can learn from the world's best. Members get unlimited access to all 200+ instructors across 11 categories with their annual membership.

    Memberships
    MasterClass annual membership is an auto-renewing subscription product, which ensures that you have continuous and uninterrupted access to MasterClass.

    Billing and Renewal
    We charge your account for renewals using the payment method you provided when you signed up. A renewal notice is sent 30 days before your renewal date to the email linked to your MasterClass account.

    If you do not wish to renew, please turn off auto-renewal before your renewal date. You can manage this in your Account Settings.

    If you're seeing a charge and are unsure of its origin, you may have:
    • Accepted a Guest Pass that converted to a paid subscription
    • Received a gift membership that auto-renewed after the original period
    • Added a gift purchase with to your subscription purchase at checkout (to review, select your Profile in the upper right corner and click on Gifts)

    Managing Your Subscription
    You can cancel or update your subscription’s auto-renewal settings anytime via your account. For help updating your payment method, please see Updating Payment Information.

    Seeing a Payment Prompt with an Active Subscription
    If you’re being asked to repurchase despite having an active subscription, it’s possible that you’re logged into a different account that does not have an active subscription.

    Please double-check that you’re signed in with the correct email address associated with your active MasterClass membership.

    To confirm which account you’re using:
    Click on your Profile icon in the upper right corner, then select Settings to view the email address currently logged in.
