The Pre-Black Friday 2024 Offer consists of a promotional offer, which entitles you to purchase a MasterClass annual membership at a discount of up to 50% off of the original price for the initial year only. Discount amount will depend on which MasterClass annual membership tier is selected. Applicable discount off will be indicated on the tier selection page and at checkout. By accepting this Pre-Black Friday 2024 Offer, you agree to the Terms of Service and that your information will be processed according to the Privacy Policy.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the Pre-Black Friday 2024 Offer, you must:
(A) not be a current MasterClass member (as determined by the email address associated with the active account);
(B) be able to provide MasterClass with a valid and current payment method; and,
(C) complete your purchase before November 27, 2024 at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time) using the Pre-Black Friday 2024 Offer code or link only through the MasterClass website. The Pre-Black Friday 2024 Offer does not apply to registration through third parties (iOS, Roku, Android/Google, or Amazon).

If I currently do not have an annual membership but had one in the past, am I eligible for this promotion?
Yes, you should be able to sign up using your previous login information, and the discount will be applied at checkout.
If I purchase an annual membership through a third party (iOS, Google, Roku, Amazon), am I eligible for this promotion?
No, to access the Pre-Black Friday 2024 Offer you must purchase your membership via the www.masterclass.com website.
Can I purchase a gift and receive the Pre-Black Friday discount?
No, our Pre-Black Friday 2024 Offer is only available when you purchase a membership for yourself.
Will I receive the discounted rate for future renewals?
No, the discount is only applied during the promotion period. Your subscription will renew at the then-current full non-promotional price. Note that you can manage your renewals and subscription within your account settings if you choose not to renew your membership.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can request a refund within the first 30 days as stipulated in our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please contact support for assistance.
I recently purchased a MasterClass membership. How do I take advantage of this new offer?
If you purchased your membership within the last 30 days we would be happy to honor the discount. Please contact our Member Support Team for assistance. If your purchase was not made within the last 30 days, we cannot apply any discounts.
Will my guest pass convert to the discounted purchase price?
No, by default your guest pass will convert to non-promotional pricing. However, if you would like to upgrade your plan or change your plan type during the promotion period we would be happy to apply the discount for you. You can submit the upgrade through your account settings then contact support, and we will be able to apply the discount for you.
How do I send/share my membership?
MasterClass memberships purchased during the Pre-Black Friday Offer are meant to be used according to their respective plan and therefore are not able to be gifted and sent at a specific date and time. MasterClass members can send gifts by logging into their account and selecting “Manage Gifts” in their dropdown menu. Non-members can gift MasterClass by clicking here.
