    Creating and Signing into Your MasterClass Account

    You can create a MasterClass account in two ways: during checkout when purchasing a membership, or by creating a free account to receive updates about new content and promotions.

    Create an Account at the Time of Purchase
    1. Visit our Plans Page.
    2. Select your preferred subscription plan and click Continue.
    3. You will be prompted to create an account by entering your email address and setting a password, then click Continue.

    Create a Free Account
    1. Go to www.masterclass.com
    2. Click on the Log In button on the top right corner.
    3. On the Login page, click on Sign Up.
    4. Enter your email address and create a password.
    5. Click Create Account.

    đź“„ If you plan to share your subscription using Multiple Profiles, we recommend creating your account using email and password instead of a social login to make sharing easier.

    Signing Into Your MasterClass Account
    1. Visit www.masterclass.com and click on Log In.
    2. Enter your email address and password associated with your account.
    If your login was created using a social login (Google, Facebook, or Apple) you must log in using that same method.

    đź—’ Social logins cannot be merged or converted into email-and-password logins at this time.

    Troubleshooting Login Issues
    Resetting Your Password
    If you don’t remember your password or can’t sign in:
    If you’re unable to reset your password or are not receiving the reset email:
    • Make sure you check the correct inbox associated with your MasterClass account.
    • Look in your spam or junk folder for the reset email.
    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then attempt the login again.
    • Try using a different browser or device if available.
