Clearing Data Stored by MasterClass in Your Browser
Clearing your browser’s stored data (such as cookies or cached files) can help resolve issues like trouble signing in, pages not loading correctly, or problems accessing your account. This process affects only your browser data, not your MasterClass account.

Choose Your Browser
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome and click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
- Choose your time range (to clear everything, select All time).
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox and click the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Ensure Cookies and Site Data is selected, then click Clear.
Safari (macOS)
- Open Safari and go to Safari > Preferences.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- Click Remove All.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge and click the three dots in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
Important Notes
đź—’ Clearing cookies will sign you out of websites and may reset site preferences or recommendations.
