If you purchased your MasterClass membership through Amazon, your subscription and payments are managed directly by Amazon.

To manage or cancel your auto-renewal, visit Your Memberships and Subscriptions on the Amazon website.

Refunds, billing questions, and cancellations are managed by Amazon’s Return Policy. You can request a refund by navigating to Your Orders and selecting Return for Refund next to your MasterClass order.

If you experience issues with your refund or cancellation, contact Amazon Customer Service directly for assistance.

As outlined in Section 3.3 of our Terms of Service, MasterClass is unable to facilitate refunds, cancellations, or extensions for purchases made through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon.
