Downloading Classes for Offline Viewing
MasterClass at Work users can download classes and lessons using the Android & iOS mobile apps. We do not currently support downloading content through the web.
🗒️ Note: Not all video lessons are available for offline viewing.
iOS App
- Locate the class or lesson you’d like to download, then tap the cloud icon below each video thumbnail.
- Wait until the class is fully downloaded. The cloud icon will change to a phone icon with a white checkmark—this confirms the download is complete.
- Before exiting the app, ensure the download is complete.
- To view downloaded video lessons, tap My Progress at the bottom of the navigation menu.
- Scroll down to My Downloads and select the video you downloaded.
- You should now be able to view the downloaded class offline.
🗒️You must be connected to a Wi-Fi network to download video lessons.
🗒️If you encounter any issues, try turning on airplane mode to view your downloaded content. You may see a notification like “Error loading content for Home” or “No internet connection”—this is normal and does not affect your ability to watch downloaded content.
Android App
- Locate the class or lesson you’d like to download, then tap the cloud icon below each video thumbnail.
- Wait until the class is fully downloaded. The cloud icon will change to a phone icon with a white checkmark.
- Before exiting the app, make sure the download has completed.
- To watch your downloaded video offline, tap My Progress.
- Scroll down to My Downloads and select the video you downloaded.
🗒️If you're disconnected from the internet and see a black screen, follow the on-screen prompt to access the My Downloads section directly.
🗒️If you get a "No internet connection" error, that’s expected while offline. It won’t impact your ability to view the downloaded lesson.
