    Downloading Classes for Offline Viewing

    MasterClass at Work users can download classes and lessons using the Android & iOS mobile apps. We do not currently support downloading content through the web.
    🗒️ Note: Not all video lessons are available for offline viewing.

    iOS App
    1. Locate the class or lesson you’d like to download, then tap the cloud icon below each video thumbnail.
    2. Wait until the class is fully downloaded. The cloud icon will change to a phone icon with a white checkmark—this confirms the download is complete.
    3. Before exiting the app, ensure the download is complete.
    4. To view downloaded video lessons, tap My Progress at the bottom of the navigation menu.
    5. Scroll down to My Downloads and select the video you downloaded.
    6. You should now be able to view the downloaded class offline.
    🗒️You must be connected to a Wi-Fi network to download video lessons.
    🗒️If you encounter any issues, try turning on airplane mode to view your downloaded content. You may see a notification like “Error loading content for Home” or “No internet connection”—this is normal and does not affect your ability to watch downloaded content.

    Android App
    1. Locate the class or lesson you’d like to download, then tap the cloud icon below each video thumbnail.

    3. Before exiting the app, make sure the download has completed.
    4. To watch your downloaded video offline, tap My Progress.
    5. Scroll down to My Downloads and select the video you downloaded.
    🗒️If you're disconnected from the internet and see a black screen, follow the on-screen prompt to access the My Downloads section directly.
    🗒️If you get a "No internet connection" error, that’s expected while offline. It won’t impact your ability to view the downloaded lesson.
