    MasterClass Executive Learner Guidelines

Welcome to MasterClass Executive! We are committed to fostering a respectful, rigorous, and integrity-driven environment for all learners. By participating in this program, in addition to the Terms of Service, you agree to the following guidelines and code of conduct (the “Guidelines”) designed to uphold the quality, fairness, and credibility of your learning experience. Any violations of these standards could result in consequences that may affect your ability to complete the program or receive your certificate. We may remove or edit inappropriate content or activity identified by or reported to us. We may separately suspend, disable, or terminate a user's access to all or part of the MasterClass Executive experience.

    Professional Conduct
MasterClass Executive seeks to create a community that fosters honesty, respect for others, and accountability for one’s actions. We consider these values essential for a safe and productive learning environment for all. Accordingly, MasterClass Executive reserves the right to withdraw an offer of admission in the event that any part of your application contains misrepresentations, or if you engage in, or have engaged in, behavior that violates MasterClass Executive’s Learner Guidelines and universal expectations for professional conduct.

    Integrity & Honor Code
Our program awards a certificate of completion to those who demonstrate genuine learning and meet program expectations. To preserve the value and legitimacy of your experience, all learners must adhere to the following principles:
    • Do Your Own Work: This is an AI-assisted platform, but your submissions must reflect your own thinking, effort, and understanding. You may use AI tools to support your learning, but all assignments, projects, and assessments should be meaningfully your own. Collaboration in discussions is encouraged; copying, or presenting others’ work as your own is not permitted.
    • No Unauthorized Assistance and Access: You may not submit work completed by someone else. Also, use of the program is solely for your personal educational purposes, and you may not share your login credentials with others or allow others to access the course content through your account.
    • Copying, recording, or redistributing class materials is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to recording videos or audio of the sessions; taking screenshots of course content; or copying, downloading, or reproducing any part of the material in any format, except as expressly permitted by MasterClass Executive.
    • Respect the Learning Experience: Any attempt to manipulate, mislead, or break the learning model may result in removal from the program.

    Community Expectations
We believe in the power of shared learning and support. As such, all members of this community agree to:
    • Be Respectful: Treat fellow learners, mentors, instructors, and facilitators with respect. Discriminatory, offensive, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated. This principle also applies to the contents of written submissions.
    • Be Constructive: Provide feedback in a helpful and kind manner. Encourage growth and improvement in others.
    • Maintain a Safe Environment: Do not share private information or solicit personal data. Respect boundaries and confidentiality in discussions.
    • Uphold Program Goals: Use the platform for educational purposes only. Do not advertise, promote unrelated services, or engage in disruptive behavior.
    • Be Respectful and Appropriate: We’re building a thoughtful, collaborative community—both online and in person. All contributions, including assignments, discussions, Slack messages, forums, and live interactions, should be respectful, professional, and relevant to the learning experience. Inappropriate language, disruptive behavior, or discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the program.
Violations of these principles may result in rejection of submitted work, revocation of your certificate of completion, disqualification and removal from the program, or bans from future participation.

Use of Proprietary or Confidential Information
We value innovation and encourage you to draw from your real-world experience when appropriate. However:
    • Do not include or reference proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information from your employer, clients, or any other third party in your submissions without explicit permission. This includes business strategies, internal documents, non-public data, trade secrets, or any material protected under an NDA or employment agreement.
    • Obtain proper authorization before using or referencing company materials in your assignments, and provide proper attribution to the lawful owner of the content.
    • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submissions comply with any legal or contractual obligations.
Violations of this policy may result in disqualification from the cohort and removal from the program.

    Completion Requirements
To receive your certificate, you must:
    1. Complete at least 70% of five (5) different subjects, two (2) of which must be core subjects.
    2. Submit at least 5 AI Labs projects for review and acceptance by MasterClass Executive.
    3. Comply with these Guidelines throughout the program.
