    Troubleshooting Login Issues

    If you’re having trouble signing in to MasterClass Certificates, follow the steps below based on your situation.

    Resetting Your Password
    If you need to reset your password:
    1. Go to www.masterclass.com/certificates
    2. Click Log In in the top-right corner.
    3. If you see a menu instead of Log In, please log out first.
    4. Click Reset Password.
    5. Enter your email address and select Send Me a Reset Link.
    6. Check your inbox for the reset email and click the Reset Password button.
    7. A pop-up will appear where you can enter your new password.

    Logging In with Social Sign-In (Facebook or Google)
    If your login is linked to Facebook or Google:
    1. Navigate to www.masterclass.com/certificates
    2. Select Log In.
    3. On the web: click Log In With Facebook.
    4. In the app: tap Continue With Facebook or Continue With Google.
    5. Enter your Facebook or Google login credentials.

    Updating Your Email Address
    The login credentials for your MasterClass and Certificates accounts are the same. Updating your email address in MasterClass will also update it for Certificates.
    To update your email:
    1. Navigate to www.masterclass.com and log in.
    2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner to open the menu.
    3. Select Settings.
    4. Locate your email address and click Edit.
    5. Confirm your identity by verifying a confirmation email sent to your current email address.
    6. Once verified, you’ll be able to change your email on the site.

    Stopping Login with Apple ID
    If you want to stop using your Apple ID to log into the MasterClass Certificates app:
    1. Open Settings on your Apple device.
    2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
    3. Select Password & Security.
    4. Tap Apps Using Apple ID.
    5. Find MasterClass Certificates App in the list.
    6. Tap Stop Using Apple ID.
