    Redeeming Rewards for Certificate (Alpha Access) Pilot Program
    If you were invited to test a MasterClass Certificate Course as an alpha tester, you’ll receive rewards once you finish the program and complete the final survey within the timeframe provided.

    What rewards will I get?
    When you successfully complete the test program and survey, you’ll receive:
    • An official MasterClass Certificate and class access after launch
    • A 1-year MasterClass membership
    • A gift card
    • An optional spotlight as a featured participant

    How do I qualify for rewards?
    • Complete the program by the deadline listed in your invitation.
    • Submit the final survey at the end of the program.
    • Once both steps are complete, our team will automatically process your rewards.
    đź—’ Note: No additional action is needed from you. Rewards are sent to the email address used for your program enrollment or if you used a different email in your final survey, the rewards may be sent there.

    How do I redeem my rewards?
    Official MasterClass Certificate and course access after launch
    • Course Access 
      • The Lead with AI course in partnership with Microsoft will launch spring 2026. Within a few days of launch, you will receive an email granting you access. This course will likely look different to the one you just took (thanks to feedback from you) - so your progress will not be carried over.
      • The Scaling AI Strategy course in partnership with NVIDIA will launch spring 2026. Within a few days of launch, you will receive an email granting you access. This course will likely look different to the one you just took (thanks to feedback from you) - so your progress will not be carried over.
    • Certificate of Completion: 
      • For Lead with AI, you will receive an email soon after the course launches with a link that will allow you to download your certificate if you finish the program and complete the survey by the deadline listed in your invitation.
      • For Scaling AI Strategy, you will receive an email soon after the course launches with a link that will allow you to download your certificate if you finish the program and complete the survey by the deadline listed in your invitation.
    A 1-year MasterClass membership
    • Instructions included in your email on how to redeem your MasterClass membership
    A gift card
    • You will receive an email within 1-2 weeks from a third party organization that will let you access your gift card.
    An optional spotlight as a featured participant
    • Someone from our team will reach out to you should you be chosen. You will then have the option to agree to be spotlighted.
