In order to download your Certificate, you must ensure that you have met a 100% completion rate for the MasterClass Certificate course.

A banner will appear prompting you to Get Your Certificate. If you choose to do it later, on the top left there will be a banner message prompting you to Get Your Certificate. You will be able to review your information before issuing the Certificate. Please ensure that the information is correct and if not, you can make that update within your Settings page.

Once the Certificate is issued, you are not able to make any changes to it and this is outlined in the messaging before you select Confirm & Issue Certificate.
