No, SEALs are assigned based on availability. Learners can choose from available time slots, but not a specific coach.

All sessions are hosted on Zoom. You may join by video or use the phone dial-in provided in the confirmation email.

No, sessions are exclusively online via Zoom.

The session is forfeited. At this time, rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on remaining availability.
