    In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, diced onion, and garlic cloves and cook until the beef starts to brown.

    To the pan with the meat mixture, add the tomato paste, water, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and oregano, and stir to combine. Continue cooking the beef until the liquid has reduced, about 2 minutes.

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat about 2 tablespoons of neutral oil.
