- 3. Size: Toaster ovens take up less space than even the countertop varieties of convection ovens. If you have limited kitchen counter space, a toaster oven may suit your needs better.
- 4. Uses: Although both types of ovens can cook a variety of food items, they work best for different types of cooking. For example, convection ovens work best for baked goods and adding crispy skins to meat dishes. Toaster ovens are a good option for reheating leftovers, toasting bagels, and heating sandwiches.
- 5. Price: Convection ovens are generally more expensive than toaster ovens.
